September opens the Sweetland Amphitheatre fall lineup with ZZ Top on Saturday, September 19, at 8:00 p.m. The outdoor venue sits right in downtown LaGrange at Boyd Park, an easy trip from The Remy for an evening of live music under the lights.<\/span><\/p>\n

October in LaGrange<\/h2>\n

October is the busiest month on the calendar. Whiskey Myers and The Ransom Brothers take the Sweetland Amphitheatre stage on Thursday, October 1, at 7:30 p.m. Later in the month, Hills and Dales Estate hosts Stories in the Garden on Sunday, October 18, a long running fall tradition of storytelling beneath the pecan grove that is free and open to the whole family. The estate closes out the month with Trick or Treat at the Callaway Home on Saturday, October 31, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., where costumed children collect full sized candy bars among the historic gardens at 1916 Hills and Dales Drive.<\/span><\/p>\n

November in LaGrange<\/h2>\n

As the season turns toward the holidays, Downtown LaGrange hosts its Holiday Sip and Shop on Friday, November 20, an evening of local shopping and sipping through downtown storefronts. The next day, Sweetland Amphitheatre hosts the Tour de Tinsel 5K on Saturday, November 21, a festive run that marks one of the last outdoor events before the holiday season fully takes over.<\/span><\/p>\n
