All amenities, including the pool and deck, are open from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM year-round.

The Remy’s fitness center is open 24/7 with access control, so you can work out any time on your own schedule. Equipment includes Peloton bikes, Ski machines, free weights, a cardio station, Smith machine, multifunctional machine, treadmills, a resistance station, and more.

Yes. The Remy features a dedicated on-site Dog Park for residents and their pets. The Southbend Dog Park is also located nearby in the greater LaGrange area for additional off-leash recreation options.

PARKING, APPLIANCES & IN-UNIT FEATURES

Yes. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. There is plenty of parking for all residents (2 spots per leaseholder) and their guests at no additional charge.

Yes. All units include washer and dryer connections. Select units also come with a washer and dryer already installed for your convenience. Contact the leasing office to confirm the specific configuration for your floor plan of interest.

All homes come equipped with a full stainless steel appliance set including a dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, and microwave/vent hood. Every apartment also features European-style cabinetry, granite countertops, nine-foot ceilings throughout, faux wood floors in living spaces, large closets, pantry closets, and a private patio or balcony. Select homes include a frameless glass shower or garden tub. Residents are responsible for replacing light bulbs as needed after move-in, as all lights are confirmed working at the time of move-in.

PET POLICY

Yes. The Remy Apartments warmly welcomes pets and features an on-site Dog Park for your furry family members. A maximum of 2 pets per apartment is permitted, with no weight restrictions.

No! We are elated to say our residents enjoy a pet-friendly community with no monthly pet rent, helping pet owners save on recurring housing costs.

Pet owners pay a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $200 per pet and a refundable pet deposit of $200 per pet. There is no monthly pet rent. All pets must be screened through Petscreening.com, and residents will incur an annual fee per pet paid directly to Petscreening.com for a universal pet profile.

We accept pets of any weight. However, the following breeds are not permitted due to community insurance and safety policies: Rottweiler, Chow Chow, Presa Canario, Doberman, Akita, and Pit Bull (including American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, and Bull Terrier). Please contact the leasing office with questions about specific mixed breeds.

Rent is always due on the 1st and no later than the 3rd.

No, we do not offer furnished apartments.

Our minimum lease term is 6 months.

LEASING, APPLICATIONS & MOVE-IN

The security deposit is based on your credit/FICO score. Leasing specials vary from time to time — give us a call or schedule an appointment to learn more. Before moving in, you will need to pay one full month of rent, which includes your base rent, monthly fees, and any one-time fees. The following month, your account will display the prorated rent for the days you lived in the apartment during your move-in month. Contact the leasing office directly for current move-in specials and a full breakdown of first-month costs.

The minimum lease term is 6 months. Longer-term leases are also available. Please contact the leasing office for current lease term options and any applicable premiums.

No. Apartments are unfurnished. Residents provide their own furniture and décor.

Subleasing is strictly prohibited. However, you may add a roommate at any point during your lease term. All added roommates must be approved by management and meet the community’s qualification criteria.

To terminate your lease early, you must provide 60 days written notice plus pay one month’s rent as a termination fee. This is outlined in your residential lease contract.

We’re thrilled to tell you that we offer flexibility with our qualifications. We review credit and rental history through a third-party screening program. Depending on your credit profile, approval may include conditions such as an additional deposit prior to move-in. Our team’s job is to get you into your dream home! Our Residential Lease Contract allows a lease to be terminated by giving a 60-Day Notice and paying one (1) month's rent as termination fee.

RENT, UTILITIES & PAYMENTS

Rent is due on the 1st of each month and no later than the 3rd. Payments are made online through the RentCafe Resident Portal, which also supports automatic recurring payments for convenience.

No. Utilities are not included in rent. The community is all-electric. A LaGrange utility account must be active on your lease start date. Every apartment has its own individual water meter, so residents are billed directly for their water usage.

Rime internet is pre-installed in each apartment. Internet service is not included in rent and is not required, but can be activated for as little as $65 per month. Contact the leasing office for additional provider options.

Yes. The community requires participation in Protect the Apartment (PTA), a liability waiver program, at minimum the Entry Level, which also requires accompanying renter’s insurance. If you enroll in the Gold or Silver PTA levels, standalone renter’s insurance is recommended but not required. Visit ProtectTheApartment.com to learn more and compare plan options.

Yes! Friends make the best neighbors. Refer a friend who signs a lease and receive $400 off your rent. Ask the leasing team for full details on the resident referral program.

No. A new security deposit is required for each apartment community. Transfer fees and advance notice requirements also apply. Contact the leasing office for specific transfer guidelines.

Yes we do! We offer a Flexible Payment Plan (FPP) available for residents after 90 days of residency and great payment history. Ask your personal leasing consultant for more information!

PEST CONTROL, TRASH & PACKAGES

Pest control visits the property once per week. To schedule your unit for treatment, submit a work order through the Resident Portal. Pest control service is complimentary and available unlimited times through the portal.

The trash compactor is located at the end of the property, right before exiting the community. Please flatten all large cardboard boxes before disposing of them in the trash compactor. Furniture and large bulk items are not permitted in the compactor.

The Remy is equipped with a Luxor Smart Package System that allows you to pick up your package at your own convenience, any time of day or night. Register and receive a unique access code to retrieve your package from our secure package room. Security cameras are monitored 24/7 for added peace of mind.

LOCATION, NEIGHBORHOOD & SCHOOLS

Residents enjoy excellent everyday convenience with a Walmart Neighborhood Market, Walmart Supercenter, and Kroger all within a short distance, as well as Belk and T.J. Maxx at LaGrange Mall. Popular dining options in the area include 505 Eats, Charlie Joseph’s Downtown, Jim Bob’s Chicken Fingers, Mare Sol, LongHorn Steakhouse, Waffle House, Firehouse Subs, Moe’s Southwest Grill, and Zaxby’s. Café Brulée & Dessert Bar, Wild Leap LaGrange Brewery & Distillery, and Brickhouse Grille are all within 2 miles on the Downtown LaGrange Square. For entertainment, AMC CLASSIC LaGrange 10 is nearby and Sweetland on Ice and multiple parks are within the community. Outdoor recreation includes Callaway Park, Calumet Park, City Park, Eastside Park, and Southbend Dog Park, all just minutes away.

The Remy is located in the LaGrange city school district. Assigned schools are: Franklin Forest Elementary School, Gardner Newman Middle School, and LaGrange High School. Please contact the Troup County School System or the leasing office to confirm current zoning for your specific address.

The Remy’s location near I-85 and Commerce Avenue provides convenient access throughout the greater LaGrange area and beyond. Please contact the leasing office for information on nearby public transit options.

The Remy Apartments is located at 300 Commerce Avenue, LaGrange, GA 30241, on the up-and-coming Commerce Avenue corridor, right beside AutoZone and Enterprise. The nearest cross street is New Franklin Road and Commerce Avenue. The community is within 2 miles of beautiful Downtown LaGrange Square and has quick access to I-85. TOURS, OFFICE ACCESS & MANAGEMENT

Tours are completely free! Click the “Schedule a Tour” button on remyapartments.com to book an appointment. Walk-ins are also welcome, though we prioritize prospects who schedule in advance. Our leasing staff and Community Manager are on-site and available during office hours to answer any questions and show you around.

  • Sunday: Closed

Residents are welcome to personalize their home. However, significant modifications — such as painting walls a different color or making large holes — must be restored to original condition prior to move-out. Any unremedied damage beyond normal wear and tear will be assessed at the time of move-out and charged accordingly.

MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS

Yes. The Remy Apartments provides a dedicated on-site Emergency Maintenance Team available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including weekends and holidays. Residents never face an urgent repair situation without support.

The fastest way to request repairs is through The Remy Resident Portal, where you can submit a work order online at any time. Our team strives to complete service requests within 48 hours. If the repair cannot be completed in that window, the Community Manager will personally contact you with a status update. For emergencies during business hours, call the leasing office directly at (706) 875-9636. For after-hours emergencies, contact the maintenance emergency line.

The following situations are treated as immediate after-hours emergencies:

  • Active flooding in your apartment
  • Complete loss of electrical power (not due to non-payment)
  • Fire in a unit or building
  • No A/C when outside temperature is above 85 degrees
  • Building sewer backup
  • A flooding hot water heater
  • A door or lock that is not secure or working
  • No functioning toilet when the unit has only one toilet

The following are not emergencies and will be addressed within 24 hours: jammed garbage disposal, no heat when outside temperature is above 55 degrees, no hot water, trap leaks under sinks, dishwasher not working, clogged tubs or sinks (unless overflowing), and stove not working.

No, you are not required to be present. When submitting your work order through the Resident Portal, use the “Access Notes” field to leave instructions for the technician — for example, requesting a call before entry, noting that your dog is locked in a room, or any other preference.

If you are locked out during office hours, reach out to the office staff and they can provide a spare key. After hours, please call the maintenance emergency number for assistance.
