Brett Brown | Community Manager

Brett has been a dedicated member of Wesley Apartment Homes for six years, earning recognition with four Leasing Excellence Awards. Recently, he was promoted to Community Manager at The Remy Apartments, a testament to his exceptional skills and dedication.

Outside of work, Brett enjoys quality time on the lake with friends, family, and his two beloved miniature schnauzers, Louie and Gianni. His journey in customer service began after earning his Master Cosmetology Certificate, showcasing his commitment to excellence in every role he undertakes. During the summer, you can often find Brett adventuring in his Jeep with the top down, soaking in the sunshine and creating unforgettable memories.

Andy Bernazal | Maintenance supervisor

Andy is the Maintenance Supervisor at The Remy Apartments. He has been with Wesley Apartment Homes for over five years and during that time, he has shown major growth in his position and continues to learn and grow every day. Andy's first priority is to make sure that our residents needs are met. Andy is a team player, a hard worker and has a very positive outlook. In his spare time, Andy loves spending time with his three daughters, working out and playing sports.

TIRZHANA STEARNS | PERSONAL LEASING CONSULTANT

Tirzhana Stearns is a compassionate, family-oriented professional who believes in treating everyone with kindness and respect. She is passionate about her career as a leasing agent and is dedicated to growing within the industry while building a fulfilling, long-term career. Family is at the heart of Tirzhana’s life. She and her husband share six children and four grandchildren, who bring tremendous love and joy to their lives. She is also grateful for her two sisters and brother and the close family connections they share. Outside of work, Tirzhana enjoys spending time outdoors, creating lasting memories with loved ones, and shopping. She embraces life with a positive spirit and is excited about the opportunities ahead as she continues to grow both personally and professionally.
